What these Terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Products to you.
Why you should read them. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. They tell you who we are, how we provide Products, refunds and returns, and other important information.
When they apply. By purchasing Products you confirm you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may amend these Terms from time to time; the Terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

3) Who can buy
Consumers only. Our Products are sold for personal use. You agree not to buy Products for resale or commercial distribution.
UK-only at launch. At launch, we sell and deliver only to UK delivery addresses. If you attempt to order for delivery outside the UK, we may decline or cancel the order and refund any payment taken.
Subscriptions. We do not offer subscriptions at launch. If we introduce subscriptions in future, we will update our Website and these Terms.
4) Our contract with you
How we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm it, at which point a contract will come into existence.
If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you, or we will refund you. This might be because the Product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources, because we have identified an error in the price or description, because we cannot deliver to your address, or because we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
Your order number. We will assign an order number and tell you what it is when we accept your order. Please reference it when contacting us.
5) Our Products
Images are illustrative. Product images and visuals on our Website are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary depending on device display.
Packaging may vary. Packaging may vary from images shown on our Website, including labels, cartons, seals, and inserts.
Ingredients and allergens. You are responsible for reviewing the ingredients and allergen information shown on the Product label and/or Product page before consumption.
Batch variation. Natural ingredients may vary between batches. This may affect appearance, smell, taste, or texture without affecting intended use, provided the Product remains within specification.
6) Our rights to make changes
Minor changes to Products. We may change Products to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, or to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not materially affect your use of the Product.
7) Price and payment
Where to find the price. The price of the Product will be the price indicated at checkout when you place your order.
Payment. We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payment may be processed by our payment providers.
Pricing errors. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may cancel your order, refund you, and contact you to offer the option to reorder at the correct price.
8) Delivering the Products
UK-only delivery at launch. At launch, we deliver only within the UK. Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout before payment.
When we will provide the Products. During the order process we will let you know the estimated delivery timeframe. We will deliver as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order, unless we agree a different timeframe with you.
Delays outside our control. If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the effect.
If you are not at home. If no one is available to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier may leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
Risk and ownership. Products become your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.
9) Refunds, cancellations, returns and replacements
This section covers your right to cancel, change of mind returns, and how refunds work. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods, which are covered in Section 10.
9.1 Change of mind cancellation
If you are a consumer buying online, you typically have a 14-day cancellation period starting the day after you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods.
9.2 Sealed goods and hygiene
For Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, including many supplements, you may lose your right to cancel if you unseal or open them after delivery, unless the Product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed.
9.3 How to cancel
To cancel, email support@vigeoplus.com with your name, order number, order email address, and what you want to cancel or return.
9.4 Returning items for change of mind
- Returned items must be unopened, unsealed, and in a resaleable condition.
- You must send items back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel, unless we agree otherwise.
- Returns address: contact support and we will provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs for change of mind: you are responsible for return postage costs unless we state otherwise.
9.5 Refund timing for change of mind
If your return is eligible, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence you have sent them. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
9.6 Delivery costs and deductions from refunds
Where required by law, we will refund the standard delivery cost for eligible cancelled orders. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only need to refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Where permitted, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what would be permitted in a shop.
10) Faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose, or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If your Product is faulty, damaged, not as described, incorrect, or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, where relevant, photos of the Product, label, batch code, and packaging.
Email support@vigeoplus.com and tell us whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
If we request the Product to be returned for inspection, we will provide return instructions. Where a return is required for confirmed faulty or misdescribed goods, we will cover reasonable return costs.
11) Consuming our Products
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
- If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.
- If you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy, consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Always read the label and do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience adverse reactions.
We do not guarantee that you will attain any specific outcome from using our Products. Results vary between individuals.
12) Our liability to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable.
We supply Products for domestic and private use. We do not accept liability for business losses.
13) How we use your personal information
We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy .
14) Other important terms
We may transfer this agreement. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. If this happens, we will ensure your rights are not adversely affected.
Nobody else has rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Even if we delay enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or we delay taking steps against you for breaking them, that will not prevent us from taking steps later.
Which laws apply. These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in the English courts.
