1) How to request cancellation
Email support@vigeoplus.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your name.
- The words “Cancel order” in the subject line, if possible.
We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to stop it before delivery.
2) If your order has not been dispatched
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually cancel it. Once we confirm cancellation, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3) If your order has already shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel it before delivery. In that case, please follow our Returns & Refunds process where eligible.
For change-of-mind returns, supplements must usually be unopened, unsealed, unused, and resaleable. Opened or unsealed supplements may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
4) If your order has already been delivered
If your order has already been delivered, you may still be able to cancel or return it under our Returns & Refunds policy, depending on the condition of the goods and your statutory rights.
If the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or not fit for purpose, contact us as soon as possible so we can help with an appropriate remedy.
5) Refunds for cancelled orders
If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, we will refund you to the original payment method.
Where required by law, we will refund the standard delivery cost for eligible cancelled orders. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only need to refund the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
