1) Where we ship
We currently ship only to UK delivery addresses.
We do not currently ship to international addresses, freight forwarders, export services, or non-UK delivery destinations.
2) Export and international restrictions
At this time, we do not ship internationally and we do not support export outside the UK . If you enter a non-UK delivery address, we may be unable to fulfil the order.
If an order is placed with a delivery address we cannot serve, we may decline or cancel the order and refund any payment taken.
3) Delivery options and costs
Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout before payment.
Any free shipping offer, delivery promotion, or delivery threshold will be shown at checkout or on the relevant offer page. Promotional delivery terms may also be subject to our Promotions Terms .
4) Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Processing times may vary during launch periods, busy seasonal periods, or events outside our reasonable control.
5) Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. As a general guide, standard delivery is usually around 2–4 working days after dispatch , and express delivery, where available, is usually around 1–2 working days after dispatch .
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6) Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email after dispatch.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the parcel has been handed to the courier.
7) Address issues
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@vigeoplus.com .
We will try to help where we can, but we may not be able to change a delivery address once an order has been processed or dispatched.
8) Missed delivery and returns to sender
If a parcel is returned to us because of failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or cancellation/refund where applicable.
Additional delivery costs may apply if a parcel needs to be resent because the original delivery address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected.
9) Delays outside our control
If delivery is delayed by events outside our control, such as courier disruption, severe weather, operational disruption, or other unexpected issues, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
If there is a substantial delay, we will explain your available options where applicable.
10) Damaged, missing, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
