1) Eligibility
Promotions may be limited by geography, product category, order value, customer type, date, stock availability, or another stated condition.
At launch, promotions are intended for UK customers only unless we state otherwise. Eligibility details will be shown at checkout, on the offer page, or in the specific promotion wording.
2) Discount codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed. Unless stated otherwise, codes may exclude shipping, may apply only to selected products, and may have a minimum spend or usage limit.
We cannot guarantee that a discount code can be applied after an order has been placed if it was not entered correctly at checkout.
3) Bundles and multi-buy offers
Bundle pricing applies only while all qualifying items remain in the order. If you remove or return part of a bundle, the discount may no longer apply.
Where lawful and reasonable, refunds may be adjusted to reflect the non-bundled pricing of items kept.
4) Free shipping
Free shipping offers may apply only to certain delivery services, regions, products, order values, or promotional periods.
Unless stated otherwise, free shipping promotions may exclude express delivery or other premium delivery options. Details will be shown at checkout or on the relevant offer page.
5) Returns and promotional pricing
If you return an item bought as part of a promotion, your refund may take the promotion into account where lawful and reasonable.
For example, if a promotion required a minimum spend and your return takes the order below that threshold, the discount or benefit may be adjusted.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for more information.
6) Misuse and fraud prevention
If we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, automated abuse, duplicate account behaviour, repeated attempts to exploit an offer, or activity that breaches the intended use of a promotion, we may refuse, cancel, or reverse promotional eligibility where lawful.
If an order is cancelled for suspected misuse and payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount where appropriate.
7) Changes and withdrawal
Promotions may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time where lawful, especially if there is an error, technical issue, stock issue, misuse, or operational problem.
If a promotion has specific written terms, those terms apply in addition to these general Promotions Terms. If there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms will usually apply for that promotion.
