Cloudflare (hosting, security, waitlist processing/storage)
We use Cloudflare to host and secure our website. Our waitlist form is handled by Cloudflare Pages Functions, and waitlist emails are stored in Cloudflare KV. Cloudflare may also process technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of providing and protecting the website.
Microsoft Outlook (manual email sending)
We use Microsoft Outlook to send waitlist emails manually and to manage email communications. This means your email address and our communications with you are processed and stored within Microsoft’s email systems.
Legal requirements
We may disclose personal data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights and users (for example, to address fraud or security issues).
8) International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect personal data when it is transferred internationally.
